Homeschool compliance reports

Teaching done. Paperwork still waiting.

After you plan the week and teach the day, many families still have a third job: attendance, subject coverage, and a portfolio for the state or an annual review. Omega builds those reports from the work you already logged.

Free during early access. No credit card. Unlimited children.

What the report includes

One-click attendance and portfolio reports. No separate spreadsheet.

Attendance

Days with logged work, weekday coverage, and missing weekdays for the range you choose. Built from completed daily-plan activities — not a separate attendance sheet.

Subject hours

Hours and completed activities by subject and by child. The same titles and durations you already record in plans, lessons, and progress.

Portfolio highlights

A short list of logged work for the period — titles, notes, and photo-evidence counts — so a review can see what actually happened.

Generated from the same record as teaching

Daily plans, five-phase lessons, and progress are one log. The report is not a second system you fill in after the children are done.

01

Plan and teach as you already do

Omega is a copilot, not a curriculum. Catalog the books and methods you already use. Generate a daily plan per child, then run five-phase lessons: Intro, Teaching, Practice, Quiz, Complete.

02

The work is the log

Progress tracking is the same record the report reads. No second app, no end-of-year reconstruction from notebooks and memory.

03

Export when you need proof

One click builds a state-ready attendance or portfolio report as a PDF. Confirm your own state rules before you submit.

One family plan. The paperwork stays with the teaching.

Unlimited children, Pre-K through 12th. Eight methodologies. Free during early access — no credit card. When paid plans launch, Family is $150/month; join now and lock $99/month.

Questions

Do I still need to check my state?
Yes. Many states require attendance, subject coverage, and/or a portfolio. Omega organizes the record from work you already logged. It is not legal advice, and it does not certify that a report satisfies a jurisdiction. Confirm your own state rules.
Can I export a PDF?
Yes. Attendance and portfolio reports export as PDFs from the in-app compliance tools after you sign in. There is no separate spreadsheet to maintain.
Is this a curriculum?
No. Omega works with the books, platforms, and schedule your family already uses. Plans and lessons adapt to eight methodologies: Classical, Montessori, Charlotte Mason, Unschooling, Traditional, Eclectic, Unit Studies, and Waldorf. One family plan covers unlimited children, Pre-K through 12th.
